Dr. Marion Rudin Frank, Ed.D., CEAP

President, Founder PPS

Dr. Frank has been a Licensed Psychologist and executive consultant in private practice for 40 years. She is board certified in medical psychotherapy and in clinical hypnotherapy. Dr. Frank has published many articles and invited book chapters ranging in topics from work roles and relationship issues to psycho-social aspects of breast cancer. She has made numerous presentations to professional organizations including the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (where she is a past division president) and the American Psychological Association. Formerly, Dr. Frank was a clinical instructor at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and on staff at Jefferson and Temple Universities. She was a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), a certified group psychotherapist, and on the founding board of the Philadelphia Women's Network. She is cognitive-behavioral, Jungian psychodynamic, and feminist in orientation, offering couples and individual psychotherapy. She also works with dream interpretations.

Dr. Frank received her doctorate from Temple University, her M.A. from Columbia University, and her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She also studied at the University of Strasbourg in France.

Kimberly Smith, MBA

Practice Director

Kim directs all internal, external administrative and systems aspects of PPS. Manages payroll, credentialing, marketing, contracting and onboarding of new hires. Supervises billing and collections. Multiple years of experience within the healthcare industry has allowed Kim to provide keen insights and strategic initiatives for the business. Kim holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Theresa Barna, MSW, LSW

Theresa is a Licensed Social Worker. She has trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, Trauma Informed yoga, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Theresa has experience supporting children, youth, and adults and has helped clients process traumas, anxiety, stress, grief, and interpersonal relationships (family, friends, partners). Theresa has worked closely with school-age children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches including Motivational interviewing, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness to support clients on their therapeutic journey. Her therapy provides a non-judgmental space to process your emotions, set goals, and explore whatever is coming up for you. Therapy will be whatever you make of it, and she is here to help navigate you through your journey of better understanding yourself. 

 

Theresa has her MSW from University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and a BA from Temple University.

Suzanne Camp, MS, LPC

Suzanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with adults in a variety of settings.  She is dedicated to helping people realize their strengths in meeting life’s challenges, using psychodynamic, cognitive, emotion-focused, feminist and mindfulness approaches.  She works with adults of all ages specializing in depression; anxiety; work and family issues; grief/bereavement; relationship difficulties; job stress; life transitions, LBGTQ and women’s issues, parenting challenges and addictions.

Suzanne has a M.S. from Temple University and Johns Hopkins University, and B.S. from Temple University.

Dr. Sherri Edelman, Psy.D, LPC

Sherri is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families Her key areas are health and wellness; mental, emotional, career, and relationship (to self and others). Her specialty in relationship counseling and coaching includes premarital/pre-cohabitation; couples/marital, pre-divorce, divorce, post-divorce, divorce-related family and parenting education; nonviolent communication skills training, LGBTQ+; family therapy: anger, adjustment; sleep issues; stress; depression, trauma and worry. Dr. Edelman’s other areas of expertise include: assertiveness training, mindfulness and meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).


Sherri received her doctorate in Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic (PCOM), M.S. degrees from PCOM and Hahnemann University, and a B.S. from Temple University. She also works with victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and school issues, including bullying.

Dr. Norman Eisenstadt, MD, LPC

Dr. Eisenstadt is a Licensed Professional Counselor and physician. He addresses struggles with
depression, chronic mental illness, grief, or a history of trauma, as well as identifying strengths and
abilities, biological capabilities, the influence of environment, cultural and faith-based forces, and the
crucial role of family. This philosophy has guided his relationships with patients in his past career as
an internist, cardiologist, and critical care physician, as well as in his current work as a
psychotherapist. He also works with those who have mood disorders (depressive and bipolar),
anxiety related problems, and illnesses such as schizophrenia.

 

He may prescribe medications if warranted to support patients in therapy, not as a psychiatrist but as
a board-certified physician in internal medicine familiar with the basic psychiatric medications and
with prescription privileges.

Megan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and she has worked in residential mental health
treatment settings, outpatient substance abuse agencies, and private practice. Her specialty
areas include anxiety, stress, grief, mood disorders, addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem,
and women’s issues. Her clients range from teenagers to seniors.


Megan has her MA from New York University in counseling for mental health and wellness and
BA from Boston University.

Marla Jones, MA, LPC

Marla Jones  is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Behavioral Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania with over 30 years of hands-on-experience. She is an alumna of California State University at Northridge (BS) and Villanova University in PA (MS). Her expertise extends into areas of self-esteem and co-dependency as well as drug & alcohol, and addiction recovery. She has also worked extensively with grief counseling, children on the ASD spectrum, domestic violence/abuse recovery, and healing from childhood abuse, parental alcoholism (ACOA), and/or children of dysfunctional families. In addition to counseling individuals’ groups, and families, Marla has taught highly successful and enjoyable church and community workshops on Guerilla Dating Strategies, the Artist Way, and Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Marla has a M.S from Villanova University and her B.S. from California State University Northridge.

Stephen Milburn, M.Ed., LPC, CAADC

Stephen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has experience working in the field of mental health services for over 20 years. He helps clients work through the roadblocks of depression, anxiety and other challenges such as relationship difficulties or sexual problems. He works with teens (ages 12 and up) who may have behavioral and/or academic problems. He uses a client-centered approach, where clients’ thoughts and feelings lead the direction of therapy. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help change unhealthy thinking or behavior patterns.

Steve has doctoral level training in working with sexuality-related issues, and he was trained as a sex therapist. He received his M.Ed. from both Temple and Widener University in Human Sexuality and Counseling Psychology and his B.A. from La Salle University.

Marilyn R. Potts, M.Ed.

Marilyn is a Licensed Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist, Marital & Family Therapist, and Play Therapist. She is a senior level therapist, previously employed as a Staff Psychologist at Pennsylvania Hospital. She works with children and adults of all ages in individual, couples, and family therapy. Treatment style is primarily client-centered, and family therapy based including cognitive-behavioral and sandtray strategies among other evidence-based methods. Areas of specialization include loss, trauma, and abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, family conflicts, blended family systems, school/educational issues, and assessment of preschoolers.
 

Marilyn received her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology and Certification in School Psychology from Lehigh University. Postgraduate training includes Family Therapy, Mindfulness-Based-Play-Family Therapy, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.

Dr. Robert Rabinowitz, Ph.D

Robert has been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for over 40 years and has assisted people with a wide range of human concerns: depression, anxiety, fear, trauma, relationships, and the ordinary challenges in life's journey. His experience as a child therapist has been useful in supporting parents and grandparents. Whether people seek to know themselves better or are troubled by life's circumstances, his aim is to help clients and patients make the necessary choices to attain self-sufficiency through emotional understanding; substituting a healthy curiosity for shame, self-judgment and guilt. As a seasoned therapist, he blends several theoretical frameworks and techniques to resolve trauma and restore a safe, secure mind-body balance following accidents, abuse, or struggles with self-destructive patterns of behavior. He believes that therapy is the sanctuary for rediscovering self-respect.

 

Dr. Rabinowitz received his doctorate in Psychology from New York University (NYU), an  M.S. from NYU and City College of New York (C.C.N.Y.), and a B.B.A. from C.C.N.Y.

Jasmine Richardson, MS, M.Ed., LPC

Jasmine Richardson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Masters in Sex Therapy.
She uses a variety of therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution
Focused and Motivational interviewing to help clients explore their concerns in life. With her unique
clinical experience, she empowers clients to find the internal strength they need to create personal
change and develop a healthier sense of self. She works with general mental health concerns such
as: anxiety, depression, self-esteem and other emotional concerns. She has specialty training in sex
and relationship therapy and more specific concerns: sexual shame, impulsive/compulsive sexual
behavior, unhealthy sexual behavior and helps individuals gain skills that promote healthy sexual
pleasure. Her clinical experience includes helping adults of all age groups, diverse backgrounds and
orientations, including the LGBTQIA+ community.

 

Jasmine has a MS in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and a M.Ed. in
Human Sexuality with a Clinical focus in Sex Therapy from Widener University.

Pasquale Russoniello, M.A., MFA

Pasquale is a Licensed Psychologist with over 40 years of experience, and he provides psychological and intellectual assessments, individual, couples, group, and family therapy, and clinical supervision and staff training. He has worked with intellectual disabilities; drug and alcohol use disorders, sexual orientation; and HIV. In providing psychotherapy work with adults and couples, he utilizes an eclectic approach that addresses the presenting challenges, including Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian Therapy), Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Gestalt Therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman Method couples therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Areas of specialization include LGBT related life issues; grief and loss; trauma and PTSD; anxiety disorders and depression disorders; sexual dysfunction in men; and couples/marital therapy.

Felice Schwartz, MS, LPC

Felice is is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing mental health therapy. She works with individuals and couples as well as with those struggling with all types of addiction and addictive/ compulsive behaviors, who identify on the GLBTQ spectrum and who experienced sexual and gender identity issues. Her specialty areas include domestic violence and sexual trauma.

Felice has a M.S. from Niagara University and her B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She had additional training in human sexuality at Widener University. She also had sexuality training in Netherland, Guelph and Ontario.

David B. Skowronski, MA LPC, NCS, CAC

David is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified School Counselor, and a Certified Addiction Counselor. He has over 15 years of experience working with clients in outpatient and school settings. He has expertise with child and adolescent treatment issues including ADHD, OCD and sexual identity issues. Among his areas of specialization are gay and lesbian issues, depression, anxiety, and family therapy. He also works as a school counselor at Mariana Bracetti Academy charter school where he provides social, emotional, and academic counseling.

David Tomlinson, MSW, LCSW, CTS

David is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Specialist.  He provides psychotherapy for social, school and work-related problems, adjustment to life transitions, trauma, grief, anger management, stress reduction, marital and family conflicts, and self-esteem and self-concept issues.  He works with individuals, couples, families, teens and adults of all ages. He treats victims and co-victims of trauma and traumatized families. He taught graduate level courses in trauma at a local college and led trainings for other professionals locally and around the country in the treatment of traumatic loss and complicated bereavement.

David has a M.S.W from University of Michigan School of Social Work received and his B.S. from New York Institute of Technology. He received his certification in CBT from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Catherine Toso, DSW, LCSW

Yardley, PA 19067

Dr. Toso is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holds a doctorate in Social Work and is a child and family therapist. She treats children from preschool through adolescents with a variety of behavioral disorders. She often includes consultation with teacher and pediatricians in her diagnosis. Her treatment of adolescents may address anxiety, depression, school and social concerns and family problems.  She also has significant experience counseling children and families going through divorce and works as a forensic specialist in child custody evaluations.

Glendale is is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor with over 25 years of experience. She received her license as a Professional Counselor in 2005 and has been certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 1992.  She enhanced her credentials in the Addiction and Mental Health field as a Co-Occurring Professional Diplomat in 2005.  She has worked with diverse populations including inmates, homeless families, and adolescent sex offenders, as well as employed people and their families. She also treats adolescents having issues with anxiety, depression and family problems.

Glendale received her M.H.S/B.S. from Lincoln University.
